While we are on the topic...I wonder what the relationship is between workplace injuries compared to the amount of OSHA&#039;s fines and budget. If the fines go up and the injuries don&#039;t go down then OSHA wins while workers and businesses eat it.

Seems like the tough questions never get answered. I would have the utmost respect for anyone within OSHA to answer to this. They don&#039;t have to have a magic wand - It would just be nice to know that they have a pulse...a conscience...an understanding of the economy and the golden rule.</description>
